Southern Frog
the stewing thing of the lost coasts
The Southern Frog is the chief ingredient of Southern Frog stew — a decoction brewed by the Occult Herbmaster that purges the gut. Vomit for d4 hours. Pass a dr14 test or you can do nothing else.
It comes from the south, where the south still is — Südglans before it sank, the Drowned's coastlands now, the marshes no map admits. The skin is thick and the back is freckled and the eyes are sad.

Gaps / Expansion Notes
No stat block. Whether the Frog itself causes the vomiting in life (defensive secretion) or only in stew is unwritten. A whole family of southern frogs — different colors for different brews — would be an easy table-expansion.
