It does not appear on the Bare Bones d10 Unclean Scrolls table — it is one of the scenario-specific Powers that turn boss fights from violence into pursuit. When Fletcher vanishes the room remembers him only by the rain of human flesh that drops from the rafters whenever he is hit.
