Devil's Tomb
A one-page hellhole deep in Graven-Tosk. The Eyes of the Icon of St Largoth have been stolen and brought here; the PCs are sent to retrieve them. The Eyes will see all hidden things — including the passage to the Plant of Life.
The tomb is currently occupied by Drowned, amphibian exiles from a poisoned lake who worship the Plant. Their traitor Belpheduk is imprisoned with her own severed arm nailed to a wall. The Madman crawls at the entrance, naked and spore-mad. Goblins squabble over a two-handed sword (d10+1) in a side chamber. The Pit to Hell drops straight into the fiery torture-realms; a narrow bridge crosses to a chained bronze door inscribed in blood: GO TO NECH. The Angelic Choir corridor walls bloom with angel-faced flowers singing wordless songs. Spores in the air induce visions of death, vertigo, monochromatic outlining, or invisibility-of-the-living.
The Plant of Life waits at the back — a giant pulsing cactus in every color whose tendrils reach for the unwary.

What lies beyond the GO TO NECH chained door is the adventure's greatest unwritten promise. The cult that originally made the hellhole is gone; its relics survive.
