A hot and humid chamber that stinks of rancid sweat, reached through the north tunnel of the Catacomb Corridor. The Roach Herder sits here on a throne built of debris and grave-loot, roach whip in grubby hand, while Meatroaches and Twice-grown Corpse Flies sit and scurry on the shit-stained floor. A hatch opens into the Shadow King's Sewer beneath.

Whether the throne's stolen valuables are inventoried anywhere — and what the Roach Herder has actually managed to keep — is left to the GM. The hatch to the sewer is one-way in the booklet's description; whether anything comes up through it is unstated.
