Klefunheim
a noble holding near Galgenbeck, ruled by a baroness who pays in silver to keep peasants off her doorstep
The seat of Jota Klefunheim, "some kind of baroness or princess," who hires from Galgenbeck when the goblin curse begins to lap at her gate. The holding is implied — Jota lives somewhere her title applies — but no canon describes a wall, a tower, a road, or a population. The only artifact tied to the place that survives in print is the Klefunheim Deathmask carried by Mikhael the Merchant as a Tveland good, "stolen from an esteemed priest's sarcophagus. Placed on a corpse, it allows you to see how it died."
A holding that sends out a baroness, sells deathmasks under the counter, and is afraid of its own peasants. Whatever else stands there, that much was built first.
Jota Klefunheim, Galgenbeck, Tveland, Galgenbeck Deathmask, Merchant Inventory, Mikhael the Merchant, Goblin Grinder
Almost everything. Whether Klefunheim is a district within Galgenbeck, a satellite village in Tveland, or a country estate beyond the walls is unwritten. Its size, its garrison, the deathmask trade implied by its named relic, the family line that bears the name — all GM fill. The "Klefunheim Deathmask" of the Bare Bones / Merchant inventory is the only manufactured good in canon attributed to the place, which is itself an expansion seed: who carved them, and from whose dead.
